Our Italian Blend combines Frantoio, Coratina and Pendolino olives. Frantoio is an outstanding oil producing variety that is well known for producing oil with a rich fruity flavor. Combining it with the robust, tangy and bitter flavor of Coratina, and the mild flavor of Pendolino enables us to produce an incredibly smooth yet tangy oil.
