Estate Blend Olive Oil
Our Estate Blend contains a varietal combination of Spanish Olives; Hojiblanca, Piqual and Arbequina. Hojiblanca has a medium robust intensity and an aroma reminiscent of fresh cut grass and apples. The Picual has an aroma of wheatgrass and the taste of green vegetables with a medium body and a sweet buttery taste, but with a peppery kick that gives it an extra layer of flavor. Arbequina has a sweet almond flavor with hints of white pepper. Combining these three creates our award winning Estate Blend olive oil.
